IN 1945 when Britain was at war, our troops all over the world were given the right to vote.
Yet in 2005 with all the technology available, our troops in Iraq are being deprived of their right to vote.
What, if anything, is Tony Blair doing to rectify this situation given that he was quick enough to send the troops there and put their lives at risk?
