HOW many of your readers stand in the gents toilet in The Shires and are absolutely disgusted with the smell that predominates? And what is that you are standing in? Water, or urine? With shops that sell food in the area, it is not very hygienic.
I wrote to the management last year and was told that a problem with the drains was difficult to solve. It is something that should be attended to. No wonder the entrance door is always wedged open. It is such a bad advert for our premier shopping mall.
