A SWINDON man accused of causing death by dangerous driving on a Woking road has been bailed to appear at Guildford Crown Court on Thursday.
Pascal Di Pierro, 22, of Burford Avenue, is accused of committing the offence on Shores Road, Horsell, on October 7, 2004, following a collision with a lorry in which his cousin Samuel, 19, died.
Both were employees of the McLaren group, which has a major research and development facility nearby.
A third man in the car, Alex Kilby also an employee of McLaren survived the crash.
At a preliminary hearing at Woking Magistrates' Court yesterday Di Pierro spoke only to confirm his name and address.
He was granted unconditional bail until his hearing at Guildford, where he will be required to enter a plea.
