Frances Blake, 18, has created pictures for Ridgeway Hospital in Wroughton. The art student from St Joseph's School spent hours designing the patterns.
The paintings, in place next to the hydrotherapy pool, are all in aquatic colours.
Hospital spokeswoman Jo Enderby said: "Frances' art creates a relaxing environment for patients and staff."
