FORMER Cabinet Minister Clare Short, will be giving her opinion on how the country is run when she appears at Swindon's Arts Centre.
She will be drawing on her new book An Honourable Deception for the talk.
The book is about how Britain has been run since 1997, the balance of damage and goodwill and the effects that Government decisions have on our lives.
