A developer is appealing against the refusal of planning permission to build nine homes with parking and associated stone works in Box.

North Wiltshire District Council rejected the application in June this year.

But Redcliffe Homes hopes to change the decision about the site at Pew Mead, on Devizes Road.

The developer has requested a hearing and a date will be arranged, but due to the backlog of work it is not likely to take place this year.

All the letters on the file have been copied to the Planning Inspectorate .

However homeowners can still make further comments on the appeal and receive a copy of the decision when it is available.

They must write to Carol Ann Lee, at Room 3/05 Kite, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN quoting reference APP/J3910/A/05/1186365.

The letter must be received by October 3 and the Inspectorate would like two copies.
