A female postal worker in her 40s was air lifted to Frenchay hospital today with a suspected fractured skull after slipping on ice in Hullavington.
A rapid response vehicle and road ambulance were despatched but the Wiltshire Air Ambulance arrived at the scene first at 9.48 am and took her to Frenchay Hospital which specialises in head trauma injuries. Jo Munday was the paramedic on board.
