A commercial property on a Wiltshire industrial estate had been evacuated after a fire involving a chemical container.
Multiple crews from Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service (DWFRS) were called to an incident at Langley Park Way in Chippenham at around 10.40am on Thursday, September 17.
Firefighters from Chippenham, Corsham, Royal Wootton Bassett, Trowbridge, Devizes, Westlea, Calne and Westbury attended, alongside an aerial ladder platform from Swindon and a command unit from Pewsey.
The building was evacuated while crews tackled the blaze.
A spokesperson for DWFRS said: "We were called at 10.40am today near to Langley Park Way, Chippenham, to reports of a fire affecting a commercial property.
"The building was evacuated and the fire is now believed to be out.
"Six breathing apparatus used one main jet, one hose reel jet and a safety jet to extinguish.
"The fire affected a chemical container, and we are now dealing with this.
"We don't believe there is a wider impact to the public, and the incident is currently being scaled back."
The fire service had advised residents to shut their windows and doors.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson added: "We attended to support our colleagues in the fire service with the scene."
