A £1.6 million Wiltshire farm has been put on the market for the first time ever.
Oakfield Farm, between Yatton Keynell and Kington St Michael near Chippenham, is up for sale for the first time since it was built in the early 1990s.
The large property, which includes a five-bedroom home and garden and over 10 acres of farmland, has been slapped with an asking price of £1.6 million.
Estate agent WebbPaton said the property benefits from “complete privacy” and has potential for significant changes to be made, subject to planning permission.
