Over 1,000 acres of land next to the M4 in Wiltshire have been put on the market for £9 million.
The sprawling property, which is equidistant from Swindon and Marlborough near junction 15 of the M4, has been put up for sale and is being marketed by estate agent Brown & Co.
Foxhill and Ridgeway Farms stretch from east of Liddington to east of Foxhill, with some holdings north of the M4 and others to the south.
They include large swathes of agricultural land as well as eight tenanted residential properties, split into two houses and six flats, agricultural buildings, and woodland.
These rural assets are all let under a single Farm Business Tenancy lasting until September 2048, with the next rent review due in September 2027.

The land also contains the Foxhill Motocross Circuit, which was established in the 1980s and hosts well-attended events for amateur motocross riders.
The tenant has sublicensed this area for use as a motocross track.
Brown & Co described the farmland as an “interesting mixed use, rural investment property.”
The firm added that agricultural buildings at Ridgeway Farm are currently utilised for agricultural purposes, while the Foxhill Farm buildings are part derelict, or in poor order.
