A busy A-road in Wiltshire will close as 'urgent' gas repair works take place.

It comes after concerns over gas mains in the town has led to 'urgent replacement works' being scheduled at Ivy Lane.

The work will be carried out by Wales and West Utilities and is due to begin on Monday, August 11.

A section of the A420 between Spanbourn Avenue Car Park and Ivy Lane Primary School in Chippenham will remain closed to all traffic until Friday, August 15, 2025.
