The Southpoint Business Park, off the A350 to the south of Chippenham, is currently being delivered after plans for 50,000sq metres of employment buildings were approved.
Siemens Mobility has already acquired one of the large plots of land and work has started ahead of building a new £100 million factory at the site.
Estate agent Avison Young revealed another plot is currently under contract to an occupier while a third parcel of land is under offer.

Roundabouts have already been built to service the site and will be linked by a through road set to be completed by late 2025.
The listing said: “Southpoint has been chosen by Siemens Mobility as the location for its new £100 million digital rail engineering facility comprising over 200,000sq feet of research and development, office, production, and warehouse space.
“Strategically located on the A350 and just 10 minutes from Junction 17 (of the) M4, Southpoint Business Park provides great access to the national road network as well as all the nearby amenities.”
