Police are searching for a pair of women after a trolley of items was stolen from an Aldi and then abandoned.
At around 3pm on Saturday, February 1, 2025, a trolley full of items was taken out of the Aldi store on Methuen Park, Chippenham, without being paid for.
The theft took place in broad daylight and the trolley was then later found abandoned.
Wiltshire Police has now released the images of two women who were seen on CCTV in the Aldi store on that day, and officers want to speak to the women in relation to the theft.
One of the women, who can be seen pushing a trolley full of items including toilet roll, was wearing a black coat, black trousers, black shoes and had black hair pulled into a low ponytail.
The second woman was caught on CCTVÂ wearing a green coat, black trousers and a black hat, carrying a box of cereal.
"We are appealing for your help to identify these two women following reports of theft from Aldi," said a spokesperson for Wiltshire Police.
"We would like to speak to the women in these images in connection with this incident.
"If you can help with our enquiries please contact us on 101 quoting reference number 54250013288."
