A key route into a Wiltshire town will close for the second time in weeks later this month.
Overnight closures of the A4 Bath Road into Chippenham have already begun between Currys and the junction with Rowden Hill and Brunel Court, and will run from Monday, August 5, until Saturday, August 17.
These night closures will be in place between the hours of 8pm and 7.15am and signage warning drivers has been installed in the area.
But town councillors and residents have also been warned another section of the A4 will be closed to traffic at night, little over a week later.

Wiltshire Council will be carrying out “urgent coring works” on the route, from Chequers Roundabout to Methuen Park Roundabout.
This will last from Tuesday, August 27, until Thursday, August 29, and during this time the road will be closed to traffic between the hours of 7pm and 6am.
The council has warned drivers that delays are likely during this time and advised them to use the official diversion route.
This will take motorists up the A350 from Chequers Roundabout to Bumpers Farm Roundabout, and then into Chippenham via the A420, and vice versa.
