“Judging by the reaction to our presentation, King’s Water is set to be a highly sought-after location for prospective house buyers wanting to live in a wonderful part of the country that will offer buyers a unique lifestyle on their doorstep.

“Conjuring a true feeling of exclusivity, these exceptional homes provide a welcome haven set away from the pace of daily life, benefiting from the peace and tranquillity of their idyllic setting.”

Elaine Stratford, sales and marketing director and one of the presenters at the event, said: “Meeting customers in person is always so rewarding and informative.

"I had the pleasure of talking to many of our guests on Saturday, some of whom even went as far as to say they felt privileged to be there to receive early details of such a unique development and to hear from Bewley directly our plans for bringing this new community to life.

“This project is truly exciting and once only opportunity.

"We had a high level of reservations, and anticipate more to follow as we move towards our show home opening in the summer.”
