A new face is now fronting one of Bolton’s best-known women’s networking groups.

HR expert Pam Molyneux is taking over Bolton Unique Ladies after founder Suzy Orr has stepped down from leading the local group after nine years.

Suzy is now concentrating on her own Suzy Orrsome Foundation, supporting North-west charities, and on other parts of Unique networking which has groups across the North-west.

Pam, who lives in Bolton, joined the Unique group in 2019 and has been an active member ever since. When she is not working, she helps various local charities and volunteers in a local school, supporting pupils with their transition from education to the world of work.

She stated: “I am very excited with my new role at Unique and looking forward to seeing plenty of local businesswomen at our meetings at Bolton Old Links Golf Club on the first Friday of each month.

“I know from experience that Unique recognizes the importance of building relationships, supporting each other and having fun. Getting to know each other properly and finding out how we can help often leads to business.”

Commented Suzy Orr: “The Bolton group was one of Unique’s very first groups and it’s a matter of pride that we have made so many friends and helped so many women in their businesses there over the years.

“Pam is a very experienced and supportive businesswoman who will lead the group well so I know it will be in safe hands.”

Each session runs from 9.30am to 11.30am and incudes networking, an educational speaker and an inspirational female speaker. The group also supports a local charity each year and this year’s is Boot Out Breast Cancer.

The next meeting is on Friday, April 12. To find out more go to uniqueladies.co.uk
