Three suspects arrested on suspicion of being behind the dramatic armed robbery of a Wiltshire hotel have been released on bail. 

On February 18, at roughly 10pm, staff at the Castle Hotel in Devizes were involved in the armed robbery when a masked man allegedly entered the hotel and threatened them with a weapon. 

Following the event, a man in his 40s was arrested on suspicion of committing armed robbery.

After this another man and a woman, both in their 40s, were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery.

Now Wiltshire Police has confirmed that all three have been released on bail. 

A spokesperson said: "Three people arrested following reports of an armed robbery in Devizes have been released on bail.

"It follows an incident at the Castle Hotel, New Park Street on February 18 when staff were threatened by a man dressed in a mask around 10pm.

"The man used a weapon disguised inside a bag to demand money.
