A Wiltshire family’s home will undergo a major transformation when they star in the new series of a hit Channel 4 show.
Kirstie and Phil’s Love It or List It will be visiting Chippenham in the first episode of series nine of the popular home renovation show, which airs on Wednesday, December 20.
They’ll be helping Tim and Sonia, who moved into Tim’s childhood home with their daughter Ella eight years ago to care for his elderly mother.
After the death of his mother, Tim and Ella are ready to move on from a difficult period for the family and find a new home, while Sonia wants to remain in the house and start the next chapter of their life there.
As always, hosts Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer will battle it out to reunite the divided family by convincing them to either love or list their home.
Kirstie will use her decades of renovation experience to transform the outdated interior of the building into a fun, sociable home to convince the family to stay put.
Meanwhile, fresh off victory in series eight, Phil will pull out all the stops to find Tim’s ideal “party pad” complete with countryside views.
The episode will air at 8pm on Wednesday, on Channel 4.
