Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses following the serious assault of a 16-year-old outside a college in Chippenham.

On Wednesday, November 22, a teenage boy was assaulted by four suspects outside Wiltshire College, which is situated opposite Chippenham train station on Cocklebury Road.

The assault, which took place at around 1pm, left the boy with serious injuries which required hospital treatment.

Now Wiltshire Police are desperately appealing for witnesses, and believe that motorists coming in or out of the busy Chippenham train station at that time may have dash cam footage.

“We are looking to identify any witnesses to the incident, or anybody who was driving past at the time that may have dash cam footage,” said a spokesperson for Wiltshire Police.
