A Wiltshire based firm has warned customers it is unable to refund them for incomplete work after the company folded.

White Horse Surveyors, which had an office in Cavalier Court on Bumpers Way, Chippenham, ceased trading with immediate effect on October 31.

The firm, which is still active on Companies House and registered at an address in Stroud, is in discussions regarding next steps.

A message on the surveyors’ website was posted warning customers that they have ceased trading with immediate effect, and providing them a contact email for any enquiries.
