A car was found on its roof in a crash in Calne last night (October 5).
The incident occurred at around 7:56pm, when the emergency services started to respond.
The driver was assisted from the upturned car, and left in the care of the paramedics, but the current state of their health is not yet known.
Calne firefighters were called out to Lickhill Road to make the scene safe along with a fire engine from Chippenham Fire Station, Wiltshire Police and South Western Ambulance Service Trust.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: "There was a collision in Lickhill Road shortly before 8pm last night involving a Peugeot 208.
"The female occupant was trapped and required assistance from the fire service and was later arrested on suspicion of drink driving."
