The Milky Way has been captured dazzling in the skies of Wiltshire.
Photographer David White took the photo last week at Marlborough Downs, when the sky was illuminated by a flurry of stars on a clear, summer night.
The picture was snapped just after the farmers had completed their harvest, after several days of sunshine.
The Marlborough Downs: A Space for Nature Charity shared the photo online, in admiration of the shot which captured the beauty in the area.
Project Manager for the charity Jemma Batten said: "Everyone really loves the picture.
"David White takes some amazing photos.
"It was such a special time there when it was taken as well because everyone was ectstatic as we'd just completed the harvest.
"The high temperatures have not had a good impact on crops this year but for us everything has managed to do really well and it has been a great year."
