A Co-op supermarket had to stay shut this morning after a fire in a store area.
Police and four fire crews attended the blaze at the store in Conway Road, off Queens Crescent in Chippenham.
The emergency services rushed to the store at around 5.50pm.
Eye-witnesses said the area was cordoned off for a while as the fire was brought under control.
First thing this morning, the shop remained closed, with handwritten signs in the window apologising for the disruption.

Dorset and Wiltshire Fire Service said no one was injured in the incident.
In a statement this morning, it said: "At 5.50pm yesterday afternoon, two crews from Chippenham and crews from Calne and Melksham were called to a commercial property on Conway Road, Chippenham.
"The incident involved a fire in a storage room on the ground floor of the property with heavy smoke logging throughout the rest of the premises. The fire was extinguished using three hose reel jets and two main jets. Our stop came at 7.36pm.
"A fire safety assessment has been carried out, but there is no confirmed detail on how the fire began."
