A 'mini police team' joined officers to learn about road safety and speed checks.
Officers from the Stratton Neighbourhood team were joined by Ruskin Juniors Mini Police Team on Tuesday 28th June 2022.
They had been learning about Road Safety and about the police speed device, which they also learned how to use.
They then went out onto Ermin Street, where they were about to take part in speaking to road users about their speed.
The policing team stopped 8 vehicles and the mini police helped give an important message to the drivers about their speed.
A spokesperson from the police said: "We would like to thank the pupils and school for all their hard work this year on their Mini Police Scheme."
