M4 road closures and diversions disrupting Wiltshire drivers from March 11-13

This is mostly due to essential carriageway resurfacing and other repairs.

If you are set to be travelling within these areas at that sort of time, then take note of what diversions will be in place.

Here’s a list of all of the closures from Friday, March 11 to Monday, March 14.

Junction 12 exit slip road

When?: Friday 9 pm to Saturday 6 am

Why is it closed?: Technology works

Junction 14 to 13 carriageway

When?: Friday from 9 pm to Saturday, 6 am.

Why is it closed?: Structure maintenance

Junction 6 to Junction 5 carriageway

When?: Saturday from 8 pm to Sunday 6 am

Why is it closed?: Smart motorway works

When?: Sunday 10 pm to Monday, 6 am

Why is it closed?: Resurfacing work
