A 46-year old man faces court for allegedly drink-driving at a McDonald's in Melksham.
Marek Szajstek from Swindon is accused of driving over the legal alcohol limit on November 26 last year.
Mr Szajstek was at the McDonald's on Beanacre Road in Melksham where police say he failed a breathaliser test.
Mr Szajstek, of Pinehurst Road, Swindon pleaded not guilty to the charge on October 19 and was remanded on unconditional bail until February 17 this year by South East Wiltshire Magistrates’ Court.
An outcome for the case has not yet been determined, as he awaits trial.
