MORE drivers are being sought by the Rotary Club of Chippenham for its 6th Annual Calne Classic Car Run in May.
Around 100 classic cars will meet between 8am and 9.30am on Sunday, May 22 for breakfast butties provided by Calne Lions Club before setting off from Calne Leisure Centre Car park on a 75-mile run through the beautiful Wiltshire countryside.
Kate Tompkins, of the Rotary Club of Chippenham, said “If you have a classic car, bike or other vehicle come and join us for a great day out and to raise money for some great causes. We would like to thank everyone involved and wish them a safe journey."
There will be a stop at Berkeley Castle in Gloucestershire with the drive finishing at Dorothy House near Bradford on Avon.
Further support on the day will be provided by Rotarians and a great team of volunteers, and the classic car run will feature VIP Teddy Bears and much-loved dogs in some of the cars.
