A SWINDON woman has been accused of delivering frozen dead animals to another woman.
Delicia Wheeler is charged with harassment which included arranging the deliveries of both live and frozen dead animals.
She is said to have also ordered a number of food deliveries to the woman’s address, sent her Facebook messages, letters from home furnishing companies and letters from the DVLA.
The harassment without violence allegedly took place in Swindon between August 19 and November 7, 2021.
Wheeler, who has not yet been arraigned, is accused of breaching a restraining order the complainant had against her, having previously been sentenced for harassing her in May 2021.
She allegedly contacted the woman 29 times.
The 21-year-old, of Magnolia Court, had been due to enter a plea at Swindon Crown Court on Friday, but the case was adjourned whilst the court assesses whether she is fit to enter a plea.
The case will next be mentioned before the same court on February 21.
