Man in court on murder charge after fatal collision
A man has appeared in court charged with murder following a fatal collision in Dinton last week.
Paul Barrett, aged 42, of White Road, Mere, appeared at Swindon Magistrates’ Court earlier today.
He has been remanded in custody ahead of his next appearance at Crown Court on Wednesday.
The charge relates to a collision on the B3089 at approximately 7pm last Wednesday night where a 43-year-old motorcyclist sadly died.
