Firefighters from nine stations are battling a blaze at the ConTempo factory at Crusader Park, Warminster.
Wiltshire fire service is urging residents to keep doors and windows closed because of the smoke.
Crews from Warminster, Westbury, Trowbridge, Devizes, Mere, Salisbury, Bradford-on-Avon, Tisbury and Shaftesbury on site.
