A WILTSHIRE farming couple who between them face 24 charges of failing to care for their animals have had their case adjourned to October 18 at Swindon.
Nicholas Shearmon, 55, and his wife Diane Shearmon, 40, of Spiders Paddock, Rusty Lane, Seend, have pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Their latest appearance was on Monday, September 20 for a case management hearing at Swindon Magistrates Court.
Mr Shearmon faces a total of 14 charges, while Mrs Shearmon faces ten charges.
Most of the charges relate to the care and management of cows and a flock of sheep.
