HUNDREDS of homes in the Chippenham south area are suffering a power cut this afternoon.
The outage was reported to Scottish & Southern Electricity at 12.07pm and is hitting hundreds of homes in 18 SN15 postcode areas.
It is affecting an area extending from Patterdown to Gastard, including Showell and Notton.
The company said it hopes to restore power to the SN15 postcode area by 3.30pm.
SSE said: “We’re sorry for the loss of supply. We currently have a fault affecting the areas listed.
“If you need more information, please call us on 105 or send us a message on Facebook or Twitter.”
