A missing man from Calne has been found safe following a police appeal earlier today.
Officers said Louis Stickler, 61, had been located but did not say where.
They said: "Thank you to everyone who shared our earlier appeal about 61-year-old Louis Stickler, who had gone missing in Calne.
"We are pleased to report that he has been located and is safe."
Mr Stickler was last seen leaving an address in Calne at around 4.30pm yesterday afternoon.
When he did not come home overnight concerns grew for his welfare.
