A Chippenham man has appeared in court at Swindon charged with three motoring offences including driving dangerously.
Oliver Farquharson, 19, is charged with failing to stop and failing to report an accident on Staniers Way in Chippenham on June 23 last year. He is also charged with driving dangerously in a red VW Golf.
Mr Farquharson, of Bencroft Hill, Stanley, pleaded not guilty and his case was adjourned to January 6 for trial at Swindon Magistrates Court. He was remanded on unconditional bail.
UPDATE 13/1/23: Mr Farquharson was found not guilty of failing to stop, failing to report an accident and dangerous driving at trial on January 6, 2022.
