Terry Horwat has appeared before magistrates
A 34-year-old man has appeared before Swindon Magistrates charged with threatening to kill two men in Marlborough.
The court heard today (June 15) that both men feared for their lives and that they believed the threats would be carried out.
Terry Horwat from HMP Channings Wood, Newton Abbott in Devon, is also accused of threatening to kill a police officer and that police officer's family during the incident in April in Marlborough this year.
He also stands accused of beating both the men, and the police officer.
A plea has not yet been entered.
