Two 'eagle-eyed' armed response officers spotted a suspected drug deal taking place in broad daylight yesterday. (April 16)
The pair had been on routine patrol when they noticed the interaction, shortly after 2pm.
Their suspect, a teenage male, had fled on foot once spotted.
The armed response officers gave chase, and followed the man to an address near Pembroke Road.
He was detained in an address, where a further 120g of Cannabis was found by Officers from Team 2 Response and the Neighbourhood Team.
A Wiltshire Police spokesman added: "This incident took place shortly after 2pm yesterday (16/05) while officers were on routine patrol.
"A teenage male was arrested at an address on Williams Close on suspicion of possession with intent to supply cannabis and has since been released under investigation."
