WILTSHIRE charity, Alzheimer’s Support, is moving to new offices in Trowbridge from Monday (April 19).

The dementia charity has relocated from Park House, Trowbridge, to new premises at Bryer Ash, near the railway station.

Alzheimer's Support, which started in Trowbridge 31 years ago, will share Trinity House with Wiltshire Citizen’s Advice, which has already moved from its home in Mill Street.

The charities realised they were searching for new premises at the same time and were delighted to find an office that suited them both.

Alzheimer’ Support chief executive Babs Harris said: “We are of course sorry to leave Park House, which has been a wonderful home for the past decade.

"We are so pleased to be able to join forces with Citizens Advice Wiltshire for the move which is timely for both organisations.

“Our rooms at Trinity House are a perfect size for our Home Support administrators, finance team and local dementia advisers.

"Our communications and fundraising team is moving to Warminster. They will have an office within the Old Silk Works dementia centre, and be closer to all the liveliness and activity of the day club. Our Devizes office is unchanged by the move."

“As a community-based charity, our most important work goes on in village halls, day clubs and people’s homes across Wiltshire and that won’t change.”

The charity’s phone number remains 01225 776581.
