A TROWBRIDGE charity is urging its supporters to dig out their trainers and take part in a May step challenge.
Fundraisers are being asked to walk, run or jog their way through May to help people with dementia.
Alzheimer's Support is encouraging people to set their own personal challenge to complete as many steps as possible and raise funds.
The charity's community fundraiser Rachel Fear said: "Whatever your goal for the month, big or small, we'll help you every step of the way.
"By raising even a small amount of funds you will be supporting people affected by dementia and their carers with every step you take."
Posters are available to share from Alzheimer's Support if required.
The challenge is free to enter. Please call Laura on 07793 250454, or sign up online at www.alzheimerswiltshire.org.uk
