THE Bradford on Avon Food and Drink Festival will be returning to Victory Field on Saturday and Sunday, July 17 and 18.

Thanks to a successful launch in 2019, this year’s festival will take place over two days.

The organisers of this year’s festival, Scrumptious Food Festivals Ltd, say it will be packed with live cookery demonstrations from chefs and experts, plus local food and drink.

Family entertainment will include circus workshops, live music, a fun dog show run by Hearing Dogs for Deaf People and lots more.

Bradford on Avon Town Council is supporting the event. Last year's festival was postponed because of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Jon Hackett and Lotte Duncan, of Scrumptious Food Festivals at Steeple Ashton, said: “We’re looking forward to welcoming a fantastic selection of artisan and street food producers for visitors to sample and shop from.

"We pride ourselves on getting to know each and every one of our producers and love to showcase and celebrate some of the best regional food and drink.

“From cheese, chutneys and sweet treats to the finest festival street food, we guarantee our visitors won’t be going home hungry.”

Tickets can be bought online from www.scrumptiousfoodfestivals.co.uk, or purchased on the day, with prices at £7 for adults, accompanied children 12-16 years £3, and children under 12 years free.

The opening times are Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 10am-5pm.
