Community First have had an influx of volunteer drivers sign up to help take people to vaccination appointments.
Local businesses Gaigers, Wadworth Brewery and TH White worked alongside Devizes MP Danny Kruger last year to promote the need for drivers.
Community First has now confirmed a massive "overwhelming" 250 people have signed up to offer their time to volunteer.
The charity, based in Devizes, supports rural communities across Wiltshire and Swindon.
Mr Kruger said he was proud of the "spirit of volunteering in Wiltshire throughout this pandemic and that he hoped this support would continue.
He added: "I hope that as the vaccination programme continues and restrictions ease, this spirit will continue and that those who have enjoyed volunteering over the past 12 months continue to do so as life returns to normal."
