Chart-topping hipster heart-throb Tom Grennan has announced he will be coming to Marlborough.

He will be doing a show in collaboration with Sound Knowledge in Marlborough's Hughenden Yard.

The event will include a performance and a Q and A hosted by YouTube star JaakMaate.

Sound Knowledge has a special significance for Tom - it's where he completed his Guinness world record for the most gigs in different towns - ten in one day, back in 2018 on the day he released his debut album Lighting Matches.

Tom also has full live shows announced at Bath Forum (October 5) and Bristol O2 Academy (October 6) as well as London’s Alexandra Palace on September 30.

The news comes as Tom announced his highly anticipated second album release, ‘Evering Road' .

Powerful, gospel-tinged new single ‘Amen’ is also released this week, with European headline tour dates announced for April 2021.

‘Evering Road’ marks a bold and exciting new chapter for Tom Grennan, blasting back with a sophomore album shot through with raw emotion and searing honesty.

Named after the East London address Tom shared with his then-girlfriend, it’s a hub of love, heartbreak and redemption.

“This album has been such a therapeutic experience, it has helped me through one of the toughest times of my life. Evering Road documents a transitional stage for me, where I felt I’ve learnt so much and grown into a new man, moving myself into a new calm and positive space. Gospel and soul have been a huge influence on me during this album, for me it’s so emotional yet uplifting. I’m just BUZZING for people to hear it, so hopefully it can be a lifeboat of sorts for at least one person.”
