A SECOND fundraising appeal has been set up in memory of the three-year-old toddler in Calne who died after a tragic accident with a van.

The fundraiser, on behalf of Milliee-Ann McKellar’s family, has been organised by Kevin Thorne to benefit Helping Victims of Domestic Violence in Wiltshire.

The hope is to raise enough funds to set up a memorial garden in Calne for Milliee-Ann, who died after a collision with a delivery van.

Mr Thorne, of High Street, Calne, said: “Mills was a happy bubble little girl who was always had a smile.

"Her laugh was infectious, she would cheer up the whole room.

“The day before Mills was taken from this world we gave her a Minnie Mouse blanket. I will aways remember her smile that day. She had a love for Minnie Mouse.

“She was a beautiful princess. Her quirky Miss Attitude, which we found funny, her gorgeous blond locks, her playfulness with others around her and the sparkle in her bright blue eyes will never be forgotten.

“She has left a sparkle in lots of hearts which will always be with them.

“Please help us in raising funds to help build a memorial garden and to help the family fulfil Mills' dreams.

“This appeal has been posted with the permission of Mills' mum and family. Please help her dreams live on with your kind donation.”

So far, the appeal has raised £320 towards its £2,000 goal. To donate, visit gofundme.com/f/fund-a-memorial-for-milliee

The accident happened in a quiet cul-de-sac Campion Close at noon on Wednesday, March 3.
