One Malmesbury hotel has come up with an innovative way to provide takeaway food during lockdown.
Following the huge success of Whatley Manor’s outdoor takeaway food-truck over the previous two national lockdowns, Paradise Carriage will return to the Cotswolds hotel next week (Friday, March 5.)
Executive Chef Niall Keating and his team will create weekly-changing set menu at £25pp, which will include a main course and side dish, a pudding, and a local craft beer or soft drink.
Paradise Carriage, located in the hotel’s parking area, will also be open Friday and Saturday 4.30pm8.30pm, and also for Saturday brunches (10am-2pm) when hot drinks and breakfast rolls will be available (£7.50pp).
Pre-orders can be made Monday-Friday 9am-5pm by calling 01666-822 888, with pre-payment at least one day’s notice required. Alternatively, guests can drive-in to place their orders when the Carriage is open, and wait to collect their order.
Paradise Carriage will also open for Mothering Sunday on 14 March.
