Wiltshire-based developer Princeton Land, are currently holding an online consultation for around 180 homes on Marshall Road.

As a result of the pandemic, an online consultation will be held to allow residents to provide responses.

A spokeswoman from the company, which is leading the consultation with consultants Origin3 and architects BBA, said: “The site is on the south side of Devizes which has improved transport links compared with any additional development along the London Road corridor.

"The site would bring a mix of homes of different tenure, affordable, first time buyer and family homes for local people.

“We have recently started an extensive consultation exercise on our emerging proposals for the site which has involved presentations to both Devizes Town Council and Neighbourhood Plan forum and currently we are carrying out an on-line public consultation to gain people’s views.

"In summary our proposals have evolved over two to three years and are brought forward in the context of the emerging policy for Devizes within the Wiltshire Local Plan Review.”

Once the consultation period has closed, Princeton Homes will review the feedback forms and see if any revisions need to be made to the proposals. They will also summarise comments into a report that will be submitted with a planning application to Wiltshire Council.
