CORSHAM magician Chris Hiscock is hoping to impress a television show with his trickery.
He's auditioned for the ITV entertainment show Britain's Got Talent and is hoping to hear soon whether he's been successful.
Chris, 33, of Coulston Road, Corsham, said: "I'm fairly hopeful. This could really change things for me.
"I want to become a professional performer, doing magic shows throughout the country."
Mr Hiscock is a bar and restaurant manager at Cumberwell Park Golf Club at Bradford on Avon.
He runs Chris of Club Magic and regularly entertained drinkers at the Gladstone Arms in Chippenham throughout December.
He also takes bookings for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and other special events.
But Mr Hiscock is hoping to hit the big time with a successful appearance on Britain's Got Talent.
He said: "I auditioned back in October and am hoping to hear this month whether I have got through."
