A FORD driver will stand trial on allegations she ran over a woman’s foot and leg.
Appearing before Swindon Crown Court on Friday, Rebecca Timmins, 42, of The Were, Calne, denied a single charge of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
It is alleged she ran over a woman’s foot and leg as she drove down the A4 near Beckhampton on October 18, 2019. Timmins is said to have been behind the wheel of a 52-plate Ford Focus.
Judge Peter Crabtree bailed her for the trial on May 4 next year.
