WILTSHIRE Police have reported a drop in canal crimes over the past few months.
The Force's Canal Watch team said there had been only three incidents in October and none so far this month.
The three incidents took place in Seend on October 6 when a bicycle was stolen; in Bradford on Avon on October 8 when the mooring ropes on a canal boat were cut, and at Hilperton on October 9 when a canal boat was stolen.
