Wiltshire Air Ambulance has launched its annual Christmas Raffle, with a top prize of £3,000 up for grabs.

Players also will have the chance of winning other prizes of £500, £100 and £25.

Tickets are £1 each and can be purchased online by visiting https://www.raffleentry.org.uk/waa. Tickets are also being sent to addresses across Wiltshire.

Wiltshire Air Ambulance will be working in partnership with Chippenham-based Woods Valldata to deliver the Christmas Raffle.

Rebecca de la Bedoyere, trusts, legacies and lotteries manager at Wiltshire Air Ambulance, said: “It has been a testing time for our charity. The aircrew have been on the front line throughout the Coronavirus pandemic to ensure we can be there for those who need us most.

“At the same time, our fundraising events have all been postponed or cancelled, restricting our opportunities to generate vital funds. Our raffle is therefore a vital source of income, with every ticket bought meaning we can continue our lifesaving work.

“As well as helping your local air ambulance by playing the raffle, you will have a chance of winning a prize – what a great way that would be to end this difficult year!”

To be in with a chance of winning, participants must enter by December 18. Anyone who enters by November 18 will enter a special early bird draw to win a £100 M&S voucher. The raffle will be drawn on January 4 2021.

Participants in the charity’s Christmas Raffle must be 16 years of age or over.

Wiltshire Air Ambulance relies on donations and is operational 19 hours a day, 365 days a year, thanks to the support of the public.
