A TROWBRIDGE rap artist is looking for fresh talent from the South West to perform on a new video on YouTube.

Adam Zanotti, 22, from Trowbridge, wants to hear from other rap artists who are keen to perform all at the same time on a cypher or video.

The call comes as Mr Zanotti launches his new 13-track debut mixtape called Thorpe Park.

Published on Friday, it is available on all digital streaming sites such as Spotify and Apple Music and on download from iTunes.

Mr Zanotti said: "To celebrate I will be rounding up fresh new talent from the South West rap scene to perform on a cypher with me.

"A cypher is a video that has all the rappers together rapping one at a time. It's very popular and magazines like XXL do their own version in America."

"The video will be posted on Sound Of The Southwest, a Youtube channel which is a platform to give opportunities for local rap artists to perform on.

"It has been so good for the community as it gives chances for youngsters to be creative and have fun."Mr Zanotti has spent seven years studying music at Bath College, the Access To Music College in Bristol, Access To Music in London and music business at the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance in London. He has gained 750,000 views on his freestyle videos, and performed at more than 100 live shows across the south of England.

He's been on the same flyers as the UK's best rappers, including AJ Tracey, Devlin and Nadia Rose, and on stage with Grime Kings like Skepta, Jammer and Frisco.
