A 37-YEAR-OLD driver has been fined £500 after she was convicted of driving without insurance.
Kimberley Baldwin, of Bailey Close, Stow-on-the-Wold, had the case against her proved in her absence under the single justice procedure at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on July 29.
Baldwin was caught driving a Volkswagen Golf at London Road, Cheltenham, on November 5 last year, without insurance.
Magistrates also found Baldwin guilty of driving without a test certificate for her car.
Baldwin was fined £500 and ordered to pay costs of £135. Six penalty points were also added to her licence.
